sweet tooth

I moved into a new flat on Saturday which was one of the most stressful experiences ever. It was like a whirlwind of sweat and tears and sheer shock at the volume of clothes my new flatmate Holly has!! That girl is chronic!
We’ve had a great Sunday though, a lazy stroll across town and came across the Sweet Tooth Cupcake Cafe. Fantastic decor, great music and delicious cupcakes. I had a pot of much-needed tea with a ‘Prince’ cupcake: fluffy light sponge with whole raspberries folded in then topped with a raspberry chocolate ganache icing with a hint of mystery booze. Just fabulous. We will be returning next weekend with our favourite sheffield souvenirs Kate and Ella, and we’re planning an alternative shopping excursion around Manchester’s Northern Quarter. I’ll report back next week!
